No, but we have found a way to fix that by changing the user permissions on the log file that keeps getting stuck in "uploading" mode when it really isn't doing anything. The file is in your TS3 user game folder in Documents and is called Sims3Logs.xml (it may show up as just Sims3Logs if you have Windows set to disable extensions). Right-click, Properties, Security, and deny the file Read access at the user, SYSTEM, and admin levels.
This hit most of us on Steam (only when the Launcher is used though, it doesn't have to be) and many others on Patch 1.67 beginning a couple of months ago. Some small change EA made on their end apparently did not take 1.67 players into account.
@puzzlezaddict - Do you have a link to the discussion about this on AHQ handy in case it's needed or any corrections to offer in case I'm not remembering the required access rights change correctly?
