I think that's a great idea. There is a lot of space to fill up on the world you've started, and Bridgeport is set up for a big-city look with fewer actual lots. It already gives me an "urbzy" feel. That seems wise, in my opinion.
P.S. I just read through this entire thread. You're doing an amazing job, and the buildings are right on. Great job figuring out the Neon East build, with the road underneath.
