PatandRoxanne your urbz are amazing! They all came out really well. I've downloaded the ones you made, but didn't someone else make the rest of them? Like the Black Eyed Peas, the Diamond Heights cast & Neon East cast. I can't find them :(
AmaterasuChan, to attract certain sims (or urbz) the venues from Late Night are pretty good at attracting certain types of sims. Like for Diamond Heights you can make it an Exclusive Lounge to attract the posh crowd. Gasoline Row could be a Dive Bar to attract the grungier folks. Other lot types are good too, like the Foundry could be the Art Gallery to attract the artsy sims. there's a list of lot assignments on the wiki that tells what each one does and what traits of sims it attracts: http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Lot_assignment

As for where they would live, they could probably live near their respective territories. I could imagine the Diamond Heights urbz living in penthouses surrounding the actual lot, or something like that. :)
Also, if you don't mind me asking, when can we expect new pics? I'm anxious to see what you've done so far! :D
