There's only a few weeks til Sims 4, and that's the only reason why I'm playing Sims 3, to get used to the gameplay in case it's a good progression from 2 to 4.
I never liked the look of 3, but I like the look of 4, so I'm just playing 3 to get ready for it.
I hope they get it right with 4.
with the absolute switch they made everyone do from 2 to 3 by totally closing 2 and all support, I was under the impression it had proper money put into it working properly and such, the money they'd be making off having to buy sim points, the xp's and stuff packs brought out so quickly after another. no wonder as you've said the forum has gotten so quiet, people have probably gotten too sick of all the bugs.
so you'd think they'd want to get 4 right. I think Will Wright must have taken his secret recipe with him.
why is it unpaid community modders are seemingly smarter at writing code to make the game play properly, than the paid company techs? you'd think a for profit company would be concerned about quality control.
