Does anyone more experienced know of a better way to cover this edge, it's pretty high so I stacked two but what looks really weird is the corner. Is there a different method or a different wall that...

It should only cover blend... use it lightly and go over where you want it darker. It's easier to blend lightly and add a little more to where you want it darker with the top layer paint. It won't blend with one swipe or just a few. :)
