Waylon's Haunt
Hi I purchased this lot and found the other building is totally empty. I want to use it as the part of my pub but the lights are not working. I had a look if there's any hidden marker but even I cannot see any. Is there a way to activate this building? I brought a screenshot.

In the screenshot, buydebug cheat is enabled but still the lights are not working. I tried with wall light, ceiling light..I put the door and lots of windows but always dark like that.
