Something I do when I'm looking for certain pieces of CC is to use Google search images. Search the topic (example: Sims 3 50s clothing) and go to the IMAGES tab. Click on the image and visit site. It will take you to the original posting... Some sites/links may be dead and you may get results for the other series so just make sure it's for TS3.Even if something isn't available anymore, you can usually track down reuploads using Google search with key words such as the creator and item. Waybackmachine is also a website that can pull up archived websites and links long gone. Mikezumi used it to link AllAboutStyle.

The All About Style site is no longer available. Maybe searching through tumblr could return some results. I use Lana CC Finds http://sssvitlans.tumblr.com/tagged/s3cc to search for things sometimes and haven't encountered a problem with the things I have downloaded. Good Luck in your search.
