I've got my game open right now and had a look. I have all EP's and all the store content, and there isn't a store couch ( or even an EP one ) that looks like that, nor has there ever been, from my memory, not even when the store began. I would be extremely happy to be proven wrong though, because I'd like a couch like that one.
The only store couches that seem to actually have any cushions are the Divine Divan ( moroccan sofa from ts2 conversion ) and La Dauphine's sofa. The "Cradle of Civilisation" couch from WA also looks a little like the picture but is preset in brown not blue and has no cushions.
None of the initial presets in most of the couches that I can find, are dark blue either apart from base game "Big Sky Country" couch.
Holy Simoly has the Arizona couch that somewhat resembles the picture, but it is more square and not round backed.
