They posted that picture of a couch that most closely resembles the item they were looking for. That wasn't the couch they actually want.
Since it has the creators name on the picture it wouldn't have been difficult to locate, and they probably wouldn't have needed to post an entire WCIF if that was the actual item they were looking for.
