BUT, you don't need to reinstall, if your files are all working correctly. You can just copy in the ContentPatch, DCCache, Library, InstalledWorlds, and WorldCache folders as well as the ccmerged file in the DCbackup folder.
My ContentPatch folder has a folder in it called Download and it's empty.
DCCache has 40 items in it
Does that sound right?
