I've got one in testing that can be that kind of world though it's just an empty world exported from CAW and is just in the later stages of testing now.It's called Logan and it looks empty so it could pass.It's a lerger town so I opted not to place lots and buildings in CAW as it would make it too big for slower computers to handle.
