WCIF premade worlds that have been updated to include EP lots?

Moonestate on Tumblr has a lot of upgraded worlds though the limitation of no IP/ITF/stuff packs might be limiting. There's also Sunset Valley 2020 which probably has the same issues for you but has an active thread for answering questions and solving issues. I'm a failure at CAW so I don't have any advice for doing it yourself but you can have a "base save" with your edited world before you start playing anyone.
