I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same problem with the Sims 3 launcher where it says "The website cannot display the page" and then it goes on with what to do like refresh and what not?, but ...

I have IE disabled through Windows Explorer. Even with that, I've never run into this, until today. (It's been disabled and the launcher never gave me this up until now) Am I still able to clear cache?
