what % of unoccupied residential do you like to leave?

ooh. read somewhere else that 20% should be left unoccupied. whoopsie

if it's big world, 5 lots, if its medium to small 2-3 lots.

No immigrants (NRAAS). :mrgreen: No foreign investment. :D Still trying to see if I can institute a "foreign buyer's tax" in Sims 3. ~evil smirk~

I'm bulldozing all the residential lots as my town dies off, might leave a house or two.

i like to know i can fill my town but also have plenty of residential lots of sims to move around based on their needs (ie: empty housing for families with new babies etc).

i have max residents set to 150, currently have 32 empty residential lots.

so i can make 2 more sim families and then leave the rest for my sims and other simmies' future generations :)
