what % of unoccupied residential do you like to leave?
i usually go by 10% of whatever the maximum population is. so if human maxsize is 100 i'll leave 10 residential places unoccupied. is this too little? how do you guys figure it out?

i like to know i can fill my town but also have plenty of residential lots of sims to move around based on their needs (ie: empty housing for families with new babies etc).
i have max residents set to 150, currently have 32 empty residential lots.
so i can make 2 more sim families and then leave the rest for my sims and other simmies' future generations :)
