It's not set in stone and varies from player to player. For me:
Baby: 0-2
Toddler: 2-6
Kid: 6-12
Teen: 12-20
YA: 20-40
A: 40-60
E: 60+
Baby: 0-2
Toddler: 2-6
Kid: 6-12
Teen: 12-20
YA: 20-40
A: 40-60
E: 60+
