What causes sims to sneak around for no reason?

I have one specific sim that does the burglar sneak every time he walks. He does not have any traits that would make him do that, nor was he ever employed as a burglar/evil. At first I ignored this be...

@Deshong04 I think you are right. I recently installed Generations and this is the first time I've seen this happen. He did get grounded and I remember he wouldn't even go to school until I let him off the hook.

@CravenLestat I've heard about hidden traits, but I never understood how it works.
