What causes sims to sneak around for no reason?

I have one specific sim that does the burglar sneak every time he walks. He does not have any traits that would make him do that, nor was he ever employed as a burglar/evil. At first I ignored this be...

Generations also did another strange thing to my sim. I introduced him as a young adult, so he was automatically assigned an alma mater. He was assigned to the military school, so he thinks he is a soldier and he goes around saluting to people.
