What different traits would you have added to the game if you could?

I'd like a custom trait that allows my sims to give tech and mod advice to other players by way of their computers with no involvement from me whatsoever. o:)

I like traits that give me an idea of what kind of skills and hobbies my sims should have, so I would add some more of those. But then I suppose I'd have to add more skills to matxh the new traits, and it just turns into a slippery slope from there lol

I know this is Sims 3 topic, but I would love to see the Shy trait make it to Sims 4, along with all the mannerisms of the trait. It is my favorite for Sims 3.

A 'loyal' trait.

That's all I can really think of. It would make sims less likely to cheat. I would give it to the sim couples I've seen who almost cheat on eachother without my intervention.

Luckily I haven't seen anyone try to flirt with anyone but their partner in my household for a long time now though.

Still think that trait would have been a good one.

Blabber - someone who talk a lot and bore the others (in my language we refer to it as "a digger")
Hyperactive - someone really energized that don't sit for a moment and does everything quickly
Slow learner - I feel like sims are getting skilled too fast without any (realistic) struggle. This trait could be interpreted in many ways.
Binger - someone who exagarates in food, drinks (sorry, "juice") etc.
Patriot - but not sure what it will mean in a sim world

In general what I miss more are additional voices in game, since every voice/tone brings its own personallity.

@Avatarit - probably means that he/she'll pester his/her parents to put him/her into military school and then jump into the military as soon as conceivably possible. Cheers every time he sees a military sim. or if you have celebrity enabled, he'll ask for an autograph every time he sees military personnel. Constantly get "Wants to Join the Military" thought bubbles and wishes.

(and if the other sim is an anarchist or something - another possible trait - he will yawn or faint from boredom or yell at him or any other thing that gets a red moodlet haha). Or maybe he can sing/humm the sims anthem, like sims in university are doing the cheer up.

...or maybe another interaction too, like "Salute the flag" - hand over heart if the Sim is not in the military, a military salute if the sim is in the military. :D

If they ever were to add a military career I’m sure they’d add this interaction.

Implying that there is something wrong with the Military career that we already have? Or is one of us on the wrong game version? :)

I am happy with all we already have. I haven't explored some trait grom all EPs yet, not even give some of them to my SV Sims who ageing up with another slot to full. That being said, if you ask and I would need to want something new, I would like "Intuitive" and "Poetic" as well as "Dominating" and "Submissive".

"Intuitive" Sims would sens other Sims moods and act accordingly, they would "feel" or "know" before something gonna happen, like Meteor etc. Like gut feeling, moodlet. They would intuite things, animals and fellow Sims, haha.

"Poetic" ones would of course benefit in writing and careers, which favor writing, as well in Film industry (movie directors) and in Music area. They could write poetry and publish it, write plays to be played in Theather etc.

"Dominating" Sims would love to hang out with "Submissive" ones. Their need to dominate could express in wanting always winninig an argument, being bosses in work faster, all a out being leader etc. On the flip side, the would take very hard if they fail to dominate.

"Submissive" would be the non assertive ones, followers of some sort. They would always submit to "Dominating" ones. They would make good workers low in career ladder and struggle more to go up from level 6. At the top they would feel exausted fast, but they would make exellent company for more active Sims.

Ahh, and the idea of "Pathological liar" is great too, as well as "Always right". I love the bad traits. I could add "Narcistic" and "Easly pissed of".

Maybe few more like:
"Trend setter"
"Stiff"
"Sweets eater"
"Meat eater"
"Grilled cheese" haha
