I like this idea. Also, I'd think it would make sense for them to bond really fast with other geeks. At least that's how it goes for me XD. Meet a person, discover s/he's interested in the same geeky stuff and we can then discuss for freaking hours.

Indeed. They do occasionally try to kiss random sims (currently a source of some nice drama in my game) but usually it's just them being mean which a trait like mean spirited or hot headed already does. Some more variety and weirdness would be good indeed.
