Whatever fits their personality.
A workaholic that didn't reach the top of their career yet, which is their LTW? (which is non-existend in my game where sims are YA for 88 days, but whatever, is possible) I let them continue working.
Or, when it's an amazing cook that doesn't have any otherwants than to take care of their family, let them help around in the house (kitchen, mainly) just whatever I think fits. But, honestly, it has been ages since any sim reached that stage, and I mostly move them out. But I plan not to do this time.
