Lol I'm pretty sure I'm looking at the same house. I was going to move that family so i could buy the house for my sims lol. I googled the HB to find out what it was as I've never seen it before but I'm thinking it is half bath as it says in description each bedroom has a bathroom (so that'd be 3 right there) and you'd think they'd have at least one other bathroom for guests. I don't know. I'd love an official answer if anyone knows from experience in the game with this house. It's the Van Gould house with the 3 vamps "Massively Massive Mansion" lol.
