I took some pics (yes, ME, the one who rarely takes pics of her games). I'm using one of my SIMS I created for an older save. Her name is Jessica Pemberton. I moved her to Twinbrook.
Jessica was able to build her first room by the 5th day. She was able to make the $5000 necessary by fishing, gardening, collecting gems, insects, flowers and random small animals that she would sell as soon as she caught them.

She adopted her cat Kip. He has the hunter trait and I'm sure once he refines his skill, Jessica will make good use of that trait.

I chose to use the Hacienda items. I like that playset. Some other items, I chose the "cheaper" side and managed to still have a bit of cash left over to buy items for her cat, Kip. I boosted their relationship, because I didn't want to waste time making them Besties. Now they go places together. I can't wait to buy Jessica a car when she has the money, since it will be easier for the 2 friends to travel around town together.
