what happens to your Sim when a zombie attacks it?

so far i have only had one Sim attacked by a zombie..when she was out at a club.. nothing strange seemed to happen to her.. i usually just x out of it when a zombie tries to attack.... i can't intera...

So if I understand correctly, if a zombie attacks your Sim and bites him or her, it's only temporary. That's good to know! I have been keeping my Sims locked in the house on the full moon just because of this. I was also getting ready to get a butler to help around the house and was concerned about that as well.
