What is the first LTR you usually give your sims?

Whether your sim earns the happiness points or you cheat and give them the points, which lifetime rewards do you usually give them first? Since there are so many choices I will group some. You can...

Simmunity because I just don't like bothering with flu or allergies and it is cheaper. Unless I am playing a vampire sim then I go for sun immunity first.
Then I do moodlet management because it lets me focus my sims more on things outside of keeping them happy.
