What is your favorite age transition and why?

I like teen to young adult the most because that's when the YAs start their official lives - going to university, getting married, having kids, and even reaching the top of their careers. My second fave is child to teen, where the teen falls in love with a childhood friend. Third fave is infant to toddler, because toddlers have more interactions and are adorable to watch.

My toddlers and kids all look kind of the same and my teens look hideous for some reason. Then they turn into YA and that’s the stage where they become presentable :D And my favourite life stage in the game (gameplay wise).

I'm going with the majority on this one. "Teen to Young Adult"...

...and your wife wakes you up going, "Honey...the baby...can you go change the diaper?" oh...wait...the last part: that was my experience...not the Sims...sorry." :mrgreen: Still having flashbacks from that one. Oh, you younger guys are in for a treat for the olfactory senses. :smirk:

A bit of advice for those of the male gender who are matrimonially bound: "When the first and subsequent ones come: CHANGE THE DIAPERS...when ASKED...don't be a wuss. It only stinks for as long as the diaper is open. Learn to change it fast. I got it down to less than ten seconds. Buy a gas mask if you are environmentally conscious and use "pins" and reusables. You contributed half the genetic material; it's half your job to take care and raise the screaming, temper-tantrum throwing stripling who will give you gray hairs as he/she reaches teen-age. Yeah...they're a financial drain but you love them oh so much." :mrgreen:

Teen to YA.

YA is just the best life stage to play anyway. Sims look their best and are able to do it all at this point. So I like aging my sims up past the awkward looking teen stage into beautiful young adults with all the freedom in the world.

To me Toddler to Child it's the very first taste of freedom!
Not only the kids get to go on their own to places, but the adult's get to be free as well, no more babysitters or having to stay at home going stir crazy! then you have all those little interactions, like the joy ride or preside over royal court, play a lot while learning on things like the activity table and they also start making their first friends that would most likely last a lifetime :heart:

Child to Teen would be a close second to me, because of all the mood swings and teen drama :smile:
