My first house was not a build for a long time,always had a thing for the Mosquito Cove home on 36 sim lane in Sunset Valley.It was to be my home of choice many games cause it reminded me of Dudley's trailer from Bustin Out on console and loved the challenge of decorating it without expanding it.
Afterwards it was the same but with the Americana 442 Skyborough Blvd instead in SV too,it just was fun turning a boring box into something cool just by changing the siding and designing the interior.
After all that came my first built homes which were intentionally just a boring small inexpensive box because starting that way is fun.Even to this day.The only difference is have to utilize that box but can build onto it unlike when I started.
