@mw1525 - It's always been my experience that when a lot has a rabbit hole on it, its behavior and attractiveness to everyone or only certain sims by trait, etc. is dictated by the type of rabbit hole. Not so much the lot type, with the exception of No Visitors Allowed. I don't really see why Graveyards would be much different, it's the placement of the Mausoleum that would do it.
That seems to agree with what most others replying here are saying.
The only "game ruining" things I can think of offhand might be from destroying (deleting) a Mausoleum while it still has sims' remains in it waiting to be buried or replacing a graveyard while not taking into account real sims buried in an older one (not the placeholder graves, the ones with real dead sims attached to them). This isn't really my area of expertise though as I tend to concentrate more on the living unless I really have to do otherwise, perhaps someone else here knows what the dire sounding warnings might have been about.
