What's your favorite starter house on Sims 3?

When you start a new game, is there a certain prebuilt house you go for, or do you always build your own? (Feel free to share pictures) Mainly starting this thread to draw some inspiration for a new game I'm starting.

    The Monotone from Sunset Valley. Also the Craftsman's Mansion from Moonlight Falls.
