@BlackSand -How awful! :open_mouth: - NikkeiSimmer5 years agoLegendNone of mine. I have a bad tendency to start, go strong for a few chapters and then run smack-dab into a brick wall
hello, writer's block, old friend.
I've run smack into you again...
can't think of any sanguine plot,
everytime I write it's all for naught...
like a vanishing idea in the wind,
It's gone again...
...the frustrations of writers block...
So...none of my stories are more than a few months old."BlackSand;c-17947611" wrote:

I'd take up some JB's finest nectar, but unfortunately, I'm "on the wagon" - blood pressure meds.
My condolences on your lost save. - lowpolygal5 years agoSeasoned AceI honestly don't know, I'm in generation 7th and since I moved them to help alleviate the save it says we are on week 1, but we are probably somewhere between 60 and 70 sim weeks ?.
I really oughta finish this legacy, 3 generations should be piece of cake at this point  - HillyPlays5 years agoSeasoned AceI seem to be starting over a lot. I can't stick to a save as usual. :(
- Don't know if it's the longest, but Im currently on my 25th week. I will admit it's a bit sad, seeing all of those premade NPCs dying, and being replaced by random NPCs that are visibly different than the theme of the town. Guess I will get used to it...

@kretorrbwly I don't want to sound grim, but I love seeing the town die off. Makes me feel like I've really been putting in time/work to my save file. :) - > @johnny33 said:

I mean, I get that. Still, for me it feels like I came to a world that tells a story, then the story ends and now everything is random, and has nothing to do with the original town.
Which is totally natural, so I guess I should stop looking at the end of the story and use my current family to create a new one - diypepper5 years agoSeasoned Adventurer

@kretorrbwly -Oh yeah that's true, if I had the option, I would prefer neighbors not to age and stay the same till I decide to play that family like in Sims 2. - I'm on week 663. Been playing since 2012. Started in Sunset Valley, moved everyone to Bridgeport, moved back to SV because BP was so buggy. Lifespan is about 110 days, so I've had probably dozens of generations. Have to clean out the cemetery from time to time. Probably have about 600-700 tombstones right now.
