Five generations in one save, then I got issues and had to move them into a new world.
I don't mind really though, as long as their closest family stays related (parents and siblings).
And I always take the ghosts with me, so that relationship maintains as well.
I do keep track of my familytree in Paint btw. (20 generations at the moment)
My favourite heir was Elijah (generation 14). A libertine and adventurer who was goodlooking in a babyfacial way; unfaithful but affectionate and he learned things the hard way.
