I cant found at buy mode the instuments for children, to increase instrumental skills I want to start a new game, since the savegame where my twins Celina and Celeste was toddler, as I want to rais...

MultiTab 6000 can be given to children and you can learn both guitar and violin skill from tabcasts. I don't have Late Night installed right now so cannot confirm the other instruments. I believe the restriction is one caused by animations (apparently not worth paying someone to code for it).
Edit: scratch that. just tried it in game and my teens can learn instruments via tabcast but not my children.
