Where can I find this living chair?

The picture is from Around the Sims site but I did not find the chair on her site ... does anyone know where to find it?

@blunote00 , Ah well, you know me and my addiction for custom content :D
Half the time I wouldn't need it if EA had gotten their finger out and created matching sets, especially in chairs. But it's always just an armchair, or just a sofa or loveseat with no matching extras. It drives me batty!
