It says oppps 404 not found when I click on it with a picture of a car

Make sure you tick the T&C box and select the correct version for your game. 1.67 if you play using disks or Steam and 1.69 if you play using Origin. That should do it :)

If not you may have to wait a little. The site is temperamental these days and it is quite often not working properly while they do maintenance.
