for one of my missions i need to cook a meal for a dude in egypt. but my camp grounds don't have a stove.. and i cant put it in my innovatory at someone else's house... so where can i make it that ha...

The best way is to get it from the food merchant. That way you don't have to worry about unplaceable stoves or trying to cook it at some foreign friend's home (which means you have to have high enough cooking and have read the recipe).
