I dunno... if you allow for the continued updates in CC from the active TS2 community, I think comparisons are still fair. There is so much variety in style allowed for TS2, so even if you're not a maxis match fan (like myself) you can still find the CC to create a sim that suits you, and moreover the TS2 world can be made to complement that style. I think that's an important point because realistic style doesn't look right in TS4 which may ruin game play for some players. I have no idea how changing styles for sims looks in TS3.
