Why is my Sim Fully Naked?

So um 😅 my firefighter sim went to work butt-naked today.

There wasn’t even the nudity hiding box, he literally looked like an unclothed barbie Ken doll. I do not have any mods or custom content, just TS3 with every DLC. Have any other simmers had this happen?

And I wouldn't worry, it's just a glitch, it happens to me on occasion too. One time I had a teenager who went to her prom completely naked. And she had pictures taken too. That's one that never got hung up on the wall!
