Do you think my computer can run sims 3 with good enough graphics (I'm not too picky as long as I can stand to play it) and Sims 3 pets, generations, seasons, late night, ambitions and university life expansions?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8106MB RAM
