I would never recommend a used computer. I wouldn't even recommend a used graphics card (even if I were its former owner). I understand budget constraints, but if the thing falls apart after a relatively short time then the entire purchase is wasted. And this model is not at all known for aging well.
Hence my suggestion for providing a realistic budget and country for alternative suggestions.
