- In my game, Morgana and Thornton's relationship doesn't pan out very well. She catches him WooHooing with Jamie Jolina! She immediately ends things with Thornton, and declares Jamie a nemesis. In all of this chaos, something magical happens for Morgana, she discovers she is pregnant! After moving to a much more quaint home (28 Sim Lane), she meets her neighbor and the love of her life: Leighton Sekemoto. Morgana gives birth to a boy named Zeke. At the hospital, Jamie gives birth as well, with the same father, no less. Morgana marries Leighton, and they go on to have 4 kids together. And Thornton? Last I heard he was dating an elderly Agnes Crumplebottom. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- Movotti10 years agoNew SpectatorI've played them a few times. At least twice, they had a very large number of children, almost always a lot of girls.
On one occasion when they had a son, (and about 4 daughters), the son was evil, and had an imaginary friend... that was an interestion game.
On one occasion, thornton had enough life points to change his personality a bit, so, I got rid of the dislikes children, but I don't remember what I replaced it with.
They're one of the few premade families that I enjoy playing. - 5782341b77vl10 years agoSeasoned AceThe Morgana Wolff is my second favorite townie (first is Blair Wainwright) with Thornton being about eighth on my top ten (SV) list. Let's see... hmmm... It depends on my mood. This may require more than one post.
Usually - not always - I have Morgana divorce Thornton, since he only stands in her way of achieving her LTW.

From there, I play with Morgana and try and find a mate for her - normally Christopher Steele.
The first time I did this -
She ended up having twins on her first delivery (I waited until they were teens to go again). Second delivery was a second set of twins. Since I had Morgana, Christopher, two teens, and now two newborns, already in the house, I was planning for the next pregnancy. Morgana wasn't getting younger (I only had BASE at this time), so I waited until the (second set of twins) were elementary school age before going for the last pregnancy... one baby.
http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/w489/blkflcn/onmy3rddelivery_zps41ff46ce.jpg While I must say that both Christopher and Morgana made a cute couple, and excellent parents, I found it more than I was prepared for - since I never even played Sims before (and I haven't had my game but maybe 3 months)! I feel like I should do this again, since I'm a little more experienced, a little wiser, hair is a little more greyer... Well, ok I'll admit - greyer. - 5782341b77vl10 years agoSeasoned AceAn alternative to the "happily ever after" type of game is what I'm currently doing to her...
... Turning Morgana to the "Dark Side Of The Force" >:)
With the success of turning Blair Wainwright dark and sinister (fairly easily), I want to see if I can get the same (or better) results with Morgana

It'll take time, but soon, all those who have wronged her will feel her wrath! - 5782341b77vl10 years agoSeasoned AceThe OTHER alternative I'm also doing (so I don't get burned out on my EVIL Morgana) -
I keep The Wolff family together, and have Morgana "adopt" Melanie Cole - an orphaned teen (Melanie is a download, since I didn't want the hassle of making an adult, just to kill off). For this particular game, I even gave Melanie the family name (Melanie Wolff), to make it seem more official. I also had to take about 1/3 of the office to make Melanie a bedroom. While I haven't seen Thornton shoo Melanie (nor does the option show up), I'm guessing that it might be that Melanie is a teen and not considered a "child". I wasn't quite sure what a "dislikes children" Sim considered as a "child".

That doesn't mean that Thornton won't still discipline Melanie as needed.

All and all Melanie isn't a bad kid. She just behaves like a typical teen (staying out, playing pranks, and such), but it's not her fault she gets caught. - 5782341b77vl10 years agoSeasoned AceAnother fun way I play -
Thornton has his affair with Jamie Jolina, then see how long it takes before Morgana finds out. The fun part is still see Jamie, but without upsetting Morgana (again) where she breaks up with you.

Thornton cheats with Jamie! (note: I had to "de-zombifiy" Jamie, why she's all sparkly). She would later end up marrying Jared Frio

During this one particular game I decided to punish Thornton for his previous affairs! Here's Jared and Jolina's baby boy!

Payback's a WITCH! Unfortunately for Thornton, it was Leisure Day, so she wasn't embarrassed in front of her co-workers. "Okblondee7;14833884" wrote:

I don't think EA's story progression will do that autonomously, or at least not very often, but NRaas' Story Progression will do it. As @igazor explained it in a different thread (and I may have misunderstood that explanation - I do that from time to time), all it really takes is for the relationship to drop below a certain level and SP will just turn that into a divorce (without Tammy Wynette or Jerry Reed accompanying). If there is room in the town, one of them will eventually move out, but I'm not sure how the game decides which one. If there is no vacant housing, I'm not sure what happens."marstinson;14851645" wrote:

Not really sure it's the same as formal divorce and I believe EA progression might do this too (could be mistaken). If two sims' relationship scores for each other are dangerously low, their partnership can just sort of...melt away and dissolve. NRaas SP allows you to set the point where that can be allowed to happen. The default is -90, which is pretty far over in the red. I've only seen this happen with actives once though and it was kind of by accident, usually my even not so blissfully happy couples don't let things degrade quite that far. At -90 to -100, they are really enemies. "Let's just be enemies" is a pretty odd breakup line. :/
On inactive couples, I believe the triggered event is a more formal breakup. If there is no available or suitable housing in town, the distressed former couple will either continue to live together or one of them will not be able to stand it in the house for a moment longer and might move in with a friend (different scenario).- In my game thornton had an affair with one of my sims and she ended up being pregnant! she had the baby and gave it to morgana and thornton to raise they eventually sent him off to boarding school :D
