The available photography book only takes you to level 3. The multi tab skills all the way to 10, one level at a time. I have used this for newly created sims as a great way to up lifetime reward points as they roll wishes to improve their skill as they level through the tab casts. If you watch for those wishes to pop up you can snag them and buy the observant LTR pretty quickly which helps with that pesky charisma trait. A quick trip to Egypt to buy the good camera and you are set to take pyramid and sphinx photos worth lots of simoleans! Also handy for poor new sims to get going on their future mansion :)
