Tammiejo - that saving a place to the bin - deleting the in game lot and then replacing it from the bin is called a lot reset - and has always been the only solution we had for negative priced lots - but it should be noted - it doesn't always work. It was the work a round EA gave us also for the glitched Townhall and other rabbitholes that glitch back when Ambitions came out and sims would show up there in droves when your sim got an award for those new career jobs in ambitions and none of the sims would go home - so they were all dying for showing up to celebrate your sims award. If you hovered over the town hall it showed a negative price which seems to be the case with any lot that is glitched. It generally has nothing to do with store content - as rabbit holes back then were not store content - but they said way back then if you have any buildings with a negative price at all it needs to be removed from your hood as it will corrupt that save - and they said we could try that reset method, but if the negative price remains - even if the building seems alright after the reset it will still corrupt the save. So you just have to make sure no building ever has a negative price. If the reset does not fix the negative price - then we must delete that lot and use something else there to avoid corrupting the whole hood.
I just went back through all my documents of info I have saved and found that info - so the issue has been around since Ambitions and that is the only fix EA had for it - they have no cause or other explanation on how to other wise fix it - but it first started with rabbitholes - so they thought back then it was the fact moo was used to place the Town hall in Ambitions that may have caused it. It was apparently then they started putting the caution in the readme about using MOO - but never really explained it. Of course none of this relates to why a residential lot would do these things seeing we do not place a residential house with moo. So Tangie I have no idea how you can fix that. The only thing I might see the AI might have a problem with for that house is the fact the front door does not face what is considered the front of the lot, as that did seem to be a problem when Late Night came out with some high rises that had a two doors or more as there was no designated front door on a lot of the high rises which apparently creates some kind of rift with the A.I. But again this was a problem with EP made buildings and their shells, and not store content. It seems from what little info I have there was never a real fix, as sometimes turning the building and designating what was a front door on the building which actually faced the street fixed the issue - but in the case of LN many buildings have streets on two or more sides of the buildings - so it is hard for the AI to determine what is the front door and accept it even if you tell it.
What it boils down to is try the reset, but even EA says this does not guarantee to keep the building free of creating a problem - it seems the best answer is just delete the building altogether and use a different one and don't use moo to place any building. For your house Tangie - all I can suggest is make it sit so the front door faces a road. Like place it on a corner lot maybe. Otherwise I have no idea.
