World help

I hope this is the correct place for this. I'm looking for a world where I can place the town just as it is in sunset valley with the park in the middle surrounded by the shops and school and city hall. Sunset valley is quite limiting. It needs to have a decent size beach and be fairly flat for a real suburban feel. It also needs to not lag me out. Do any of u kind people know of such a World, or at the very least, a smaller version of central park and the shops? I'm very bad at building. Many thanks.
  • I've got an option HERE which is a lot like Sunset Valley without the lots or population already in place.

    Hi :)

That type of layout is my fav.
I have a few, not Beach City- it takes a powerful computer to run it - but Legacy Island II/III are suggestions to start.
https://www.thesims3.com/userExchange.html?persona=Rflong7&assetType=world has most of my worlds. :)

  • Thank you all so much. Rflong, I've watched your work since the start of the sims community and had already chosen one of your to use for this before coming back here for answers. Your work is mind blowing and I thank you.

  • I royally screwed up! I accidentally deleted my world files (where you open the package contents and open up a few different folders: worlds, areas, etc). These files for Granite Falls are like the hermit file and the other two. I'm currently attempting to restore my files but it's taking forever! Is there any way to find these original files online? I've searched all I could haven't yet had any luck.

@tipsytang, trying looking in your "Recycle Bin" on your computer for them. If they're not there, then I would either go over to the EA.com site and try looking for existing threads over there as this thread that you're posting in is for Sims 3, not Sims 4... ;)
