World recommendations for witches

It depends on what you mean by witchy. I tend to like moody worlds with fog and darker lighting (you can add lighting mods for this as well). I don't know any towns that already have a lot of victorian houses, but you could move them in.

Definately anything from Quailhogs as most of his worlds have vampires and witches as part of the populations plus his worlds have just the atmosphere and architecture you sound like you are looking for. Grey Meadows is the my absolute favorite of his worlds when I play with witchy or vampy sims . Interested to see what else gets suggested by others, Im always looking for new interesting worlds to discover.

Supernatural Island by Rflong7 is another awesome world for your witches, vamps, fairies and werewolves etc. :D ... especially if you like adding your own builds.
