Would this Dell computer run Sims 3 with most EPs and store cc? (2020)

Hi, so i'm a new member and don't think I can start my own discussion. I want to get a new computer and found this one that I really like. Will it be able to play TS3 and a few EP's (generations, pets, roaring heights).
