Would this Dell computer run Sims 3 with most EPs and store cc? (2020)

Thank you! I’m not a computer person so I don’t really know what to look for. I mainly play sims 3 so I just need something to fit the games certain needs. I’m definitely leaning towards Windows. I just need help deciding which model would be the best fit.
