Most people get these numbers from the task manager, which isn't really a good value. If you want to see the actual numbers TS3 uses, use the Resource Monitor. You can call that one by typing "resmon" in Cortana (if on Windows 10). Depending on your setup, TS3 usually gives up when it reaches 3.2 to 3.5 GB of memory use.
