I start in mepty worlds and usually start the first settlers out on mepty lots and have them slowly build their homes though most houses start out simple and basic in new towns and they can become more sophisticated over the generations as the town grows and it becomes more modern.I've been making new CC with S3OC for enableing building cheaper starter homes without being limited to using the tiniest lot for all starters.I can build on a larger sized lot without the objects adding to the cost of buying the home.
