Hello, I have Macbook Air M4 that needs the 64-bit version. I contacted support several times and even though I was available they closed the chat. I’m fighting to get it done since September with no response. It didn’t show up in my library after I changed my laptop. How do I get it or how do I get the support to contact me because I feel hopeless, I just want to play

Unfortunately, we can't grant 64-bit entitlements here on the forums, so I'm afraid you'll need to continue trying to reach live support for assistance. It might be worth trying to use a different browser and an incognito or private window, along with a different network, to see if that stabilizes the chat experience.
