Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

I just bought the sims 3.  Downloaded it, bought add-ons. When I try to start playing, it comes up with a serious error message (located in the attachments).  I tried to follow the ea troubleshoot instructions but those didnt help.  I tried all worlds but none are working.  I need some help please!!
